I am so very grateful for you all and your support! I don't have these policies to be mean I have them because there are too many trends of last minute cancelations and it is hard for me to fill those which is time, money, and product lost which is very stressful when working for myself! I'm a one man team and do everything on my own so it's hard to get you back in right away with cancelations as well! I understand life happens so we will always have communication as well! Thank you for understanding!

• All deposits for services are non-refundable 
• No shows will not be re-booked 
• After the third time canceling in a row with me for the same service you will need to put down half the service amount to book or may not be re-booked.
• If you do not reply back within 24 hours of reminder text your apt will be canceled. 
• If you cancel less then 24 hours of your apt that doesn't require a deposit you will be charged a $75-$100 cancelation fee.
• No refunds for any permanent makeup services.
• Total prices of permanent makeup includes the touch up, there for if you do not do your touch up or cancel your 8 week touch up the last portion will still be owed when your touch up would have been.
