Emsulpt is a cosmetic procedure to build muscle and burn fat in a clinical setting through high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM) applied to problem areas like the abdomen, buttocks, legs and arms as well.

While the procedure does not fully eliminate fat cells, Emsculpt has been clinically proven to slim down excess bulk while creating stronger area muscles. The technology causes involuntary muscle contractions known as supramaximal contractions that cannot be achieved by regular muscle actions alone. While Emsculpt is viewed as an elective procedure, it can be performed to improve the postpartum condition diastasis recti in women as well by strengthening the pelvic floor. 

EMSCULPT is the first treatment to show success in reducing visceral and subcutaneous fat, while simultaneously increasing muscle. The Neo uses both RF (radiofrequency heat) to help burn fat and the HIFEM to increase muscle, so you're getting two treatments in one with the Neo. 

Four sessions is required to obtain results and all results will be different based off each person. Results have been shown to last up to one year. Recommendation of one to two maintenance treatments every 6 months to a year, and of course healthy diet and exercise is still key.  Best results are 2-4 weeks after your 4th session.

With that being said everyone's results will be different and 2 to 3 treatments are usually requried for optimal results set apart 2-3 months. Best results are around 3 months and maintenance is one session a year after series is complete.  

There is no significant downtime- the Ultraformer 3 can be a lunch time treatment.

There is really no pain or feeling and redness and mild swelling may develop in a minority of people and settles quickly. After your treatment it is common to experience mild discomfort which settles in a few days.

Cupping is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles. It can be done on your face or body. The suction promotes increased blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration. Because it lifts the tissue, muscle, and fascia off the bone, new blood and nutrients can flow to that area. Because it lifts it up its also retraining the muscle and tissue to lift everytime. The more this is done the more muscle memory the area has to keep it lifted. 

For butt cupping two large cups are placed on each butt cheek that gets the top, sides, and underneath. While lifting this up it's helping round, shape and lift the butt muscles and tissue to remember to stay this way. So yes it's a natural booty lifter! This also helps with smoothing the skin and cellulite. It can also loosen and help with lower back pain and sciatic. This does require at least 4+ sessions to see full results of lifting. And then afterwards maintainence just as we maintain going to the gym!

Thigh cupping is the same concepts as above mentioned! The main difference is with thigh cupping it's a relaxing gliding flow used with warm oils. We glide the cups up and down the front and back of thighs to help move blood flow and to lift the fascia up off the muscle to loosen it and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Fascia is the sticky protective layer wrapped around muscles and when it's tight it gets bound up and lumpy which creates the look of cellulite. Cupping helps smooth and tone the thighs while relaxing the muscles and loosening fascia!
